Kartboy Enters Next Chapter with New Leadership Team of Industry Veterans

Wausau, WI – August 1, 2025 – Kartboy (All Wheel Engineering LLC), a trusted name in the Subaru aftermarket for more than 26 years, is entering an exciting new chapter. Founder Tom “Kartboy” Deadrick has partnered with a group of respected industry veterans to continue the brand’s legacy and expand its capabilities for the future. Tom will remain actively involved, serving on the company’s Board of Directors.

Joining Tom are Chad DeBaker, Ryan Mattson, and Mark Menzenski of Company23, along with Matt Beenen of BuiltRight Industries, who have acquired an 80% share of the business. Collectively, the team brings more than 75 years of combined experience in automotive design, engineering, and product development, with over 400 successful products launched across multiple categories.

Kartboy will now operate from a shared headquarters with Company23 in Central Wisconsin, combining resources to accelerate product development while maintaining the brand’s commitment to quality and performance.

“Kartboy has always been about creating well-engineered solutions for Subaru enthusiasts,” said Tom Deadrick. “By partnering with this talented team, we’re positioning the brand to continue that mission for years to come.”

The new leadership is committed to keeping Kartboy true to its roots - designing and manufacturing innovative, reliable products in the USA - while expanding the product line and introducing new solutions for the Subaru community.

A bold new product roadmap is already in motion, with announcements expected in the coming months.
