If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us so we can try to help. If your not happy with your purchase, that's alright, we will take it back. There is a minimal 15% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned. All returns must be made within 15 days of Invoice date. All returns must have a approved RMA number, any products that are sent back to us must have a Return Authorization Number, no product will be accepted at the receiving dock without one. We are able to take back items that are new, and still Sealed in Retail Packaging. Due to the nature of Electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
