StackLock™ Core – Stainless Steel

This is the threaded center piece of Kartboy’s StackLock™ shift knob platform. The core threads onto the shifter, and the topper and trim ring thread onto the core. Every StackLock™ Tarmac and Gravel topper fits it.

It is machined from 303 stainless steel. The stainless core adds weight to the assembled knob.

The core has a hidden internal 1/2" drive. Hold the core with a standard 1/2" drive tool while you install or remove the topper, so the core stays put on the shifter. No special tools are needed.

An internal set screw lets you clock the knob on the shifter so the topper sits at the orientation you want.
